Waiver: In consideration for volunteering for the Tunnel to Towers Run, I , the Undersigned, intending to be legally bound, hereby, for myself, my heirs, executors and administrators waive and release any and all rights and claims I may have against the Stephen Siller, FDNY "Let Us Do Good" Children's Foundation, the race sponsors, and officials, the City of New York, and all its departments and their representatives, successors and assigns for any and all injuries suffered by me in said event, and my physical condition has been verified by a licensed physician. Further, I hereby grant full permission to any and all of the foregoing to use any photograph, videotapes, motion pictures, recordings, or any record of this event for any legitimate purpose.
